How do I find an Product for my laptop in your store?
The quickest way to find a part is to type the make & model of your laptop into the search box at the top right hand side of the screen. It's always best to type in the exact model number from the label underneath your laptop.
What happens if my laptop model isn't listed?
If your looking for an part and your model isn't listed don't worry, just click here to contact us to see if we supply that part.
Do your products have any warranty?
All products come with a 1 year warranty, 90 days repair or replace of a faulty item and 30 day money back if the item is unwanted.

How soon will it be delivered?
If you live in the UK we offer FREE DELIVERY via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. If you order before 3pm we will usually dispatch it the working day, in the majority of cases it should arrive within 1 -2 working days. However you have to remember that Royal Mail don't offer a guaranteed delivery time on this service and it can take them up to 15 working days to deliver. If you're in a real hurry for the item we also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery at £5.40. With this service you are guaranteed to receive the part within 2 working days. we also offer a recorded delivery service at a cost of £1.50.
Do you deliver to any other countries, apart from the UK? If so how much?
If you live outside of the UK we also offer fantastic rates on our postage. Just £4.99 per item within the EU, Your item will be sent Royal Mail signed For, Due to the different delivery schedules in different countries we can't tell you how long it will take to arrive but it should take a maximum of 25 working days.
I have paid by PayPal, but I haven't had an e-mail from you to say the item has been dispatched?
You might have paid by PayPal e-cheque by mistake. This is where PayPal take the money from your bank account instead of a credit/debit card. It normally takes about 10 working days to clear.
I'm a UK customer who chose the free delivery service (Royal Mail 1st Class Standard) and the item i've ordered hasn't arrived?
In the majority of cases it will arrive within 1 -2 working days, however you have to remember that Royal Mail don't offer a guaranteed delivery time or tracking facility on this service and it can take them up to 15 working days to deliver. We can only guarantee delivery within 2 working days if you select Royal Mail Special Delivery when you checkout. Have you checked with the sorting office to see if they are holding a parcel for you? If you were out when they they tried to deliver they may have taken it back to the sorting office. They postman/postwoman is supposed to put a card through the door to let you know, but they don't always bother. If you've contacted the sorting office and you still haven't received the item after more than 15 working days from date of dispatch, please let us know.

FAULTS
What happens if my item is faulty?
we offer a full 3 Month WARRANTY on all our products. If your Item should develop a fault within the warranty period, just click here to report the fault. We'll then get back to you with instructions on where and how to return the item. Once we receive the item back we'll send you a new one. |
